something I keep seeing with brands past $1M on Amazon and Shopify.
they're losing more money to inventory timing than to bad ads. buying too late, buying too much, or just going off gut feel. by the time the stockout or overstock hits, the damage is already done.
fixing the demand plan before touching anything else usually moves the needle faster than any other lever.
