Rebuy Service Outage Due to Cloudflare Issues?

Is Rebuy down for anyone else? It doesn’t work on any of our sites. Seems to be Cloudflare issue, i get 429 response (too many requests) on this - https://cached.rebuyengine.com/api/v1/user/config Plus here’s what i see on that url
