Tips for Disabling Smart Cart Without Admin Access

Based on today’s issue, is there any tips on disabling the smart cart when we can’t access the admin panel? Totally understand these things happen, just would like to be prepared in the unlikely event it happens again 😊

Would love to chat about preventative kill switches haha. It would be weird of me or any tech partner to promise that as we continue to iterate, downtime is non existent…. As much as we try for these updates to happen seamlessly, 🤷🏼‍♂️ Having worked on the account management side with Rebuy for two years before entering partnerships… and having spent 4 years working at the green bag hahaha… I have some tricks up my sleeve.
