It looks like given that the add to cart button defaults to one, the integration for min order qty is preventing the add as it is requiring a manual input of at least 500 if this is a b2b user. Perhaps a loom expanding on the flow you’re taking to get this error would be helpful!

Would love to chat about preventative kill switches haha. It would be weird of me or any tech partner to promise that as we continue to iterate, downtime is non existent….
